Treat each other with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
Driver safety
Drivers must obey traffic laws, never operate the app while moving, and never carry passengers without an active ride trip (where Ride is enabled). Wear a helmet on two-wheelers.
Customer safety
Meet drivers in well-lit, accessible areas. Do not ask drivers to enter private property unless arranged. Report any unsafe situation.
Food safety
Merchants must follow local food-safety regulations. Customers should report any safety concern (foreign objects, spoilage) immediately with photos.
Fraud & abuse
Fraudulent orders, fake reviews, promo abuse, chargeback fraud, or any attempt to manipulate dispatch will result in suspension and possible legal action.
Privacy
Drivers and merchants must never share customer phone numbers, addresses, or order details outside the platform.
Enforcement
Dropfy may warn, pause, suspend, or permanently remove any account that violates these rules. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
