Dropfy Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Dropfy platform (the "Service"), currently operating in Jordan and operated by MeritEdTech OÜ. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dropfy is a technology platform that connects customers with independent restaurants, retailers, drivers, and other partners. Dropfy is not a restaurant, retailer or transport company; it facilitates the matching, ordering, and delivery experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and located in a market where Dropfy operates. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices, availability, hours, and delivery zones are set by merchants and may change without notice. The total payable shown at checkout is the price you will be charged, including any applicable delivery fee, service fee, taxes and promotions.

4. Payment

Currently supported payment methods include cash on delivery and any other method visibly enabled at checkout in your market. Card payments are only processed when live card processing is enabled and clearly displayed in the app; otherwise no card payments are taken.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy. In short: you may cancel free of charge before the merchant accepts the order; after that, refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on order state, merchant confirmation, and driver status.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, harass partners, place fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, scrape data, attempt to bypass dispatch, or interfere with operations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disputes

Disputes should be raised first through Dropfy Support (support@dropfy.co). We will investigate in good faith using order logs, driver and merchant records, and any evidence you provide.

8. Liability

Dropfy provides the Service on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropfy and MeritEdTech OÜ are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service, partner conduct, or third-party actions outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MeritEdTech OÜ's operations in your launch market, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
