Refunds & disputes

Open a dispute within 24 hours via the order screen ("Report an issue") or email support@dropfy.co. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Report an issue

Use the in-app "Report Issue" button or email support@dropfy.co. Include order ID, what happened, and any photos.

Email support@dropfy.co immediately. For life-threatening emergencies, contact local emergency services first, then notify Dropfy.
